Job Summary

The Internship Program provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience while contributing to meaningful projects within a dynamic business environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills, and gain exposure to day-to-day operations, processes, and initiatives that support organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects and operational activities within the assigned team
  • Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis as required
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support business needs
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items when appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on various initiatives and assignments
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

Working Conditions

Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to analyze information, think critically, and solve problems
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiativeBilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset

Education/Certification/Designation

  • Currently enrolled in a college, university, or other recognized post-secondary educational program
  • Returning to studies following the internship term, where applicable
